摘要
齿轮加工精度直接影响齿轮传动的技术性能,尤其是齿轮齿厚加工精度。目前,企业车间测量齿厚常用齿厚游标卡尺,该测量方法测量精度低、过程繁琐、可靠性差。针对齿厚测量存在的问题,设计出齿厚千分尺测量装置,弥补齿厚测量的不足,完善齿厚测量方案,值得在齿轮加工修理业推广应用。
The machining accuracy of gear affects the technical performance of gear transmission directly,especially the accuracy of gear tooth thickness.At present,the vernier caliper is used to measure the tooth thickness in the workshop of the enterprise.Aiming at the problem of tooth thickness measurement,the measuring device of tooth thickness micrometer was designed to solve the deficiency of tooth thickness measurement and perfect the whole measuring scheme of tooth thickness.It’s worth promoting in gear processing and repair.
