煤散料含水率对16Mn钢磨损性能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 为了研究煤矿机械作业中,煤炭含水率对机械磨损的影响,以陕西神木某烟煤为磨料,在销轴式磨料磨损试验机上对16Mn钢试样进行磨料磨损试验,考察煤散料含水率在0~20%时对16Mn钢磨损性能的影响,用光学电子显微镜对磨损表面形貌进行观察。结果表明,随着煤散料含水率的增加,16Mn钢的磨损呈现3个阶段:不含水时表现为微切削磨损;含水率增加到5%时,磨损量逐渐变小且表现为多次塑变导致的断裂及轻微腐蚀磨损;含水率逐渐增大到20%,磨损量急剧变大,表现为切削磨损及腐蚀磨损为主并伴随有疲劳磨损。水的软化作用、黏结作用及腐蚀作用使得16Mn钢在煤炭磨料磨损中表现出复杂的磨损变化。 In order to study the influence of coal moisture content on mechanical wear in coal mine machinery operation,a bituminous coal from Shenmu of Shaanxi province was used as abrasive to carry out the effect of water content of coal on the wear properties of 16Mn on a pin-on-disk abrasive wear tester.The wear surface morphology was observed by optical electron microscope.The results show that the wear of 16Mn steel presented three stages with the increase of water content of coal:micro-cutting wear when water content was zero;fracture and slight corrosion wear caused by multiple plastic deformation when water content was increased to 5%;and the wear loss increased sharply as the water content increased to 20%,the wear mechanism was mainly performed with cutting wear,corrosive wear and a little fatigue wear.The softening,bonding and corrosion of water properties made the 16Mn steel showed complex wear changes in coal abrasive wear.
