摘要
针对薄煤层采煤机在截割矸石和过断层等恶劣工况下存在的问题,提出采煤机整机加强及配重方案,并成功应用在鄂尔多斯市乌兰煤炭集团石圪台煤矿。采煤机在应用该方案之后,对恶劣工况的适应性明显增强、故障率明显下降。不仅提高了整机使用的稳定性,而且延长了零部件的使用寿命。
Aiming at the existing problems of thin coal seam shearer under the bad working conditions such as cutting gangue and over fault,put forward the plan of strengthening and weight distribution of the whole coal mining machine,and has successfully applied it to the Shigetai coal mine of Ordos Wulan coal group.After applying this scheme,the adaptability of the shearer was obviously enhanced under bad working conditions,and the failure rate obviously decreased.It not only improves the stability of the whole machine,but also improves the service life of the components.
