摘要 分析了当今煤矿井下施工硬岩钻孔的几种方法,通过对比,着重介绍了采用气动冲击器结合全液压钻机进行气动冲击旋转组合钻进的方法施工硬岩钻孔,同时列举出了该方法的优点,给出了主要参数的计算确定方法,并在现场应用过程中进行了进一步的验证,得出了该方法施工硬岩效率较高、经济性好的结果,同时给出了应用该工艺的合理建议,为该工艺的推广奠定了基础。 Several methods of hard rock drilling in coal mine were analyzed,by comparison,emphatically introduce the method of hard rock drilling using pneumatic percussion combined with hydraulic drill.The advantages of the method was also listed,the calculation method of main parameters was given,further validation was carried out in the field application.It is concluded that the method is efficient and economical in hard rock construction,at the same time,some reasonable suggestions were given.It lays a foundation for the promotion of the technology.
