带式输送机输送带故障检测技术研究 被引量:12

摘要 深入分析了输送带故障中纵向撕裂和断带故障形成的原因,研究了输送带纵向撕裂和断带故障常见的检测方法的优缺点,并指出针对纵向撕裂可采用将漏料和带宽检测装置相结合的检测方法或使用附加压力检测法;针对断带故障,目前的检测方法都存在一定的不足,需要从可靠性、经济性、安装方便性等方面进一步改进。然后,针对输送带故障的实时检测,分析了国、内外在线监测监控系统的发展现状,展望了带式输送机输送带故障检测技术的研究方向。 Analyzing the causes of longitudinal tearing and broken belt failure,and studying the advantages and disadvantages of common detection methods for longitudinal tearing and breaking of tape,and pointing out that leakage and bandwidth can be used for longitudinal tearing.The detection method combined with the detection device or the use of the additional pressure detection method;for the fault of the broken belt,the current detection methods have certain deficiencies,and need to be further improved in terms of reliability,economy,installation convenience and the like.Then,for the real-time detection of tape failure,the development status of online monitoring and monitoring system at home and abroad was analyzed.The development direction of the belt fault detection technology for mining belt conveyor was prospected.
