外生政策对个体低碳出行决策的影响——一个有调节的双中介模型 被引量:4

摘要 为提升城市低碳交通治理效果,有必要研究引导政策对个体低碳出行倾向的形成与固化的作用机理。文章结合行为经济学、社会心理学和出行行为分析,研究外生政策、学习能力、有限理性和情境依赖等因素对个体低碳出行倾向的影响。研究结果表明:适当的外生政策能够促进城市个体低碳出行倾向的形成与固化;学习能力和有限理性在外生政策与低碳出行倾向之间起到中介作用;情境依赖能够有效调节学习能力的中介效应,即中、低度情境依赖下,学习能力的中介效应显著。高情境依赖下,学习能力的中介效应不显著。 To make transportation polices more effective,the relations between exogenous polices and low-carbon travel intention were analyzed.Based on behavioral economics,social psychology and travel behaviors,relations among exogenous polices,learning capacity,bounded rationality,context dependency and low-carbon travel intentions are explored.The results shows that exogenous policy has positive effect on low-carbon travel intention,learning capacity and bounded rationality have positive mediating effects between exogenous polices and low-carbon travel intention.Further,the mediating effect of learning capacity was moderated by context dependency.That is,the indirect effect of exogenous policy on low-carbon travel intention via learning capacity was significantly stronger when context dependency were medium and low,whereas the mediation effect of learning capacity was not significant when job context dependency was high.
