多重战略机遇下京津冀绿道示范城市建设个案研究

Case Study on Model Greenway City Construction in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Area Under Multiple Strategic Opportunities

绿道作为一种绿色线性空间,已成为城市绿色发展的普遍选择。建设京津冀绿道示范城市具有重要意义,张家口具备得天独厚的自然优势和多重叠加的历史机遇。通过分析当前张家口绿道建设存在的"重视不够、零星分布、配套落后、内容单调、产业缺失、知名度低"等瓶颈,提出编制专项规划、秉持生态理念、打造全域旅游、整合城市空间、丰富绿道功能、突出地方特色、完善配套设施、举办体育活动、打造绿道品牌、鼓励多元参与、辐射贫困乡村的绿道示范城市建设对策建议。

As a kind of green linear space,greenway has become the general choice of urban green development.The construction of model greenway city in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei area is of great significance,and Zhangjiakou city is blessed with unique natural advantages and multiple historical opportunities.Through the analysis of the bottleneck problems in current construction of Zhangjiakou Greenway,i.e."Inadequate attention,scattered distribution,out-dated supporting facilities,monotonous content,lacking industry and low popularity",the countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.They are compiling special plans,maintaining ecological concept,building holistic tourism,integrating urban space,enriching greenway functions,highlighting local features,improving supporting facilities,organizing sports events,creating greenway brand,encouraging multiple participation and affecting poor rural areas.
