江苏、广东两省生态文明建设水平特征分析

An Analysis of the Characteristics of the Levels of Ecological Civilization Construction in Jiangsu and Guangdong Provinces

在构建生态文明建设水平指标体系的基础上,以生态文明建设开展较早的江苏、广东两省为研究区域,评价两省下辖34个城市2016年度生态文明建设水平,并对两省生态文明建设水平进行线性和空间分析。研究结果表明:(1)深圳、苏州、无锡、珠海、南京、东莞、广州、扬州、常州、镇江等城市具有较高的生态文明建设水平;(2)江苏省生态文明建设水平区域差异小于广东省;(3)苏南、苏中地区生态文明建设水平优于苏北地区,珠三角地区生态文明建设水平优于粤东、粤西和粤北地区。

Premising on an indicator system of ecological civilization construction,this research takes Jiangsu and Guangdong Provinces:due to their early development of ecological civilization as research subjects.The paper presents the lineal and spatial analysis of the construction of ecological civilization and evaluates the performances of ecological civilization construction in 2016 in 34 municipalities governed under these two provinces.The findings indicate:(1)The cities of Shenzhen,Suzhou,Wuxi,Zhuhai,Nanjing,Dongguan,Guangzhou,Yangzhou,Changzhou,and Zhenjiang have established a relatively high level of ecological civilization construction.(2)The regional variance of the construction levels within Jiangsu Province is slighter than that within Guangdong Province.(3)Within Jiangsu Province,the south and middle of Jiangsu have achieved a higher level than the north of Jiangsu,whereas within Guangdong Province,the Pearl River delta area has achieved a higher level than the east,the west,and the north of Guangdong.
