创伤骨科护士心理抗逆力的结构及影响因素研究

Structure and associated factors of psychological resistance among nurses in the Department of Orthopedic and Trauma

目的探讨创伤骨科护士心理抗逆力的结构及影响因素。方法选取创伤骨科34名护士为样本作为研究对象,使用《护士心理抗逆力及其影响因素调查问卷》对研究对象进行考察获得相关数据,采用SPSS 24.0和AMOS 21.0对数据进行统计处理。结果护士对护理工作的热爱与奉献、护士自身效能感以及工作满足感与乐观性是护士心理抗逆力的3个明显的维度,他们共同受高阶护士心理抗逆力的影响。从各因素对护士心理韧性影响变异的贡献看,相对于护士自身的特征、护士的工作条件,护士感知到的人际信任关系的影响力最大,对护士心理抗逆力3个维度的解释变异率分别为24%、21%与40%。结论护士感知到的医院人际信任、医院工作条件各维度与护士心理抗逆力都存在显著的相关,即护士对同事领导、患者的信任度越高,则护士在压力环境下对护理工作的热爱与奉献、自身效能感、工作满足感与乐观性就越高。

Objectives To explore the structure and associated factors of psychological resistance among nurses in the Department of Orthopedic and Trauma.Methods Thirty-four nurses from the Department of Orthopedic and Trauma were recruited.Data were collected through questionnaire of"psychological resistance and its associated factors for nurses".SPSS 24.0 and AMOS 21.0 were used to analyze the data.Results Questionnaires for psychological resilience includes three dimensions:love and dedication to work,self-efficacy,and satisfaction and optimism.Interpersonal trust perceived by nurses played the most important role in self-characteristics and working conditions of nurses,which could 24%,21%and 40%difference for three dimensions respectively.Conclusions Interpersonal tmst perceived by nurses,working conditions,and psychology resistance of nurses are closely related.More trust for colleagues,leaders,and patients will lead to more love and dedication,more self-efficacy and more job satisfaction and optimism when nurses work in conditions full of pressure.
