摘要
通过研究间苯二酚与HMMM(六甲氧甲基三聚氰胺)的用量、白炭黑用量、硫黄用量、促进剂用量和防老剂用量对粘合性能的影响,探究天然橡胶与钢丝帘线粘合机理。结果表明,间苯二酚与HMMM生成树脂的最佳配比为1.5/5(phr)。白炭黑主要是通过表面羟基迟缓硫化反应控制橡胶交联网络与树脂网络形成的同步性。硫化体系的促进剂与硫黄主要是通过噻唑环与氧化锌生成锌盐控制橡胶分子链与金属铜和硫黄的反应。防老体系对老化前粘合性能基本无影响。
The effect of resorcinol and HMMM(hexamethoxymethyl melamine) dosages, the amount of silica, the amount of sulfur, the amount of accelerator and the amount of antioxidant on the adhesive properties was investigated, the adhesion mechanism between natural rubber and steel cords was studied. The results showed that the optimal ratio of resorcinol to HMMM resin was 1.5/5(phr). The white carbon black mainly controlled the synchronization of the rubber cross-linked network formation with the resin network formation through slowing the surface hydroxy-sulfidation reaction. The accelerator and sulfur of the vulcanization system mainly controlled the reaction of the rubber molecular chain with metallic copper and sulfur through the zinc salt formed by thiazole ring and zinc oxide. The anti-aging system basically had no effect on the adhesive properties before and after aging.
