摘要
纳米材料表现的特殊磁性是非常有意义的,然而其特殊的尺寸会给应用带来很多问题,使其应用受到了明显的限制。基于作者多年来的工作经验,进行了工程造价占比非常高的氮化镍改性制备与实验研究。实验结果表明:传统水热产物的热处理方法,可以得到氮化镍颗粒,但光催化效果较差,溶剂热法无法实现实验要求,通过对水热产物高温处理改进后,能够得到纯度较高的氮化镍颗粒,光催化效果较好。上述实验结果对于改进工程造价占比非常高的氮化镍的应用,具有一定的理论和实际工程意义。
Nanomaterials show special magnetism,which is very significant,but its special size brings a lot of problems,so its application is obviously restricted.Based on the work experience,the preparation process of nickel nitride nanomaterials was improved.Experimental results showed that the traditional heat treatment method of hydrothermal products could prepare nickel nitride particles,but the photocatalytic effect was poorer;the solvent hot method could not meet the experimental requirements;the high-temperature heat treatment method of hydrothermal products could prepare high purity nitride nickel particles,and the photocatalytic effect was better.The above experimental results have some theoretical and practical significance for improving the application of nitride nickel materials.
