摘要
用陈稻谷加工燃料乙醇既缓解了陈化粮的库存压力,又符合国家发展清洁能源的需要。概述了陈稻谷的理化特性及燃料乙醇的国内发展机遇,重点介绍了陈稻谷全粉碎加工技术生产燃料乙醇的特点及优势,并展望了陈稻谷未来加工技术的发展方向。
Producing fuel ethanol by using aged rice not only can relieve the pressure of aged rice storage,but also can meet the national need of clean energy.In this paper,physical and chemical properties of aged rice were described as well as the domestic development opportunity of fuel ethanol.The specialties and advantages of fully milling process of aged rice in fuel ethanol production were introduced,and the future development of processing technology of aged rice was prospected.
