摘要 利用微波消解-电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定锰基催化剂中钛和钒含量,催化剂样品经微波消解后,分别于334.941、309.31 nm分析线处测得钛、钒发射强度值。根据钛、钒标准溶液的校准曲线,确定其钛、钒含量。基体元素锰对测定结果无影响,测定结果相对标准偏差<2.0%,且回收率为96%~104%,因此可应用于相关催化剂制备的质量控制中。 Titanium and vanadium contents in manganese-based catalysts were determined by ICP-AES with microwave digestion. After microwave digestion of sample, the spectral lines of 334.941 and 309.31 nm wavelength were selected to measure respective intensity, then their content were obtained on the basis of calibration curves of standard solutions. The matrix effect produced by matrix manganese could be ignored. When it was applied to determine ferromanganese actual samples, relative standard deviations of the determination results were less than 2.0% and recoveries were between 96% and 104%, therefore it can be suitable for the quality control in corresponding industrial catalyst production.
