介绍了BM2. 7电解槽结构特点。膜极距改造后,单元槽电压可下降250 m V以上;而阳极网背面重涂质量与槽电压降低幅度有很大关系,有的只下降50 m V。给出膜极距改造方案。改造后A槽单元槽电压下降267 m V,B槽单元槽电压下降244 m V,节电明显,社会经济效益显著。
The structural characteristics of BM2.7 electrolyzers are introduced.If the structure of the cell is remodeled into zero-gap,the cell voltage will be reduced by more than 250 mV.However,the quality of the back surface of repainted anode networks is closely related to the reduction in the cell voltage.In some cases,the cell voltage is reduced by only 50 mV after the anode network is repainted.The scheme of remodeling into the zero-gap structure is given.After remodeling,the cell voltage decreased was 267 mV for cell A and 244 mV for cell B,resulting in obvious power saving and remarkable social and economic benefits.
