摘要
针对40万t/a离子膜法烧碱液氯系统安全生产现状,开展了液氯生产安全风险及隐患的技术研究,优化了液氯储槽排压工艺,应用了NCl3防爆防泄漏技术;设置了液氯重大危险源独立安全控制系统;改进液氯储存、输送等安全技术;研究应用了突发氯气泄漏四步快速应急处理技术,提升了氯碱系统的本质安全化水平和应急处置能力。
In view of the safe production status of a liquid chlorine system for 400,000 t/a ionexchange membrane caustic soda technical research was carried out on the safety risks and hidden dangers in liquid chlorine production.The pressure relief process of liquid chlorine storage tank was optimized,and NC13 explosion-proof and leak-proof technology were applied.An independent safety control system for major dangerous sources of liquid chlorine has been set up,and safety technologies for storage and transportation of liquid chlorine have been improved.Four-step rapid emergency treatment technology for sudden chlorine leakage was studied and applied.Therefore,the intrinsic safety level and emergency disposal ability of chlor-alkali system were improved.
