摘要
为油菜育种提供基础材料,2008年春在品种比较试验的杂交组合5824CA×5771R中发现1株矮秆突变株,经过6年系统选育,利用卡方测验分析其遗传性。结果表明:于2014年成功育成株高约为135cm的遗传稳定半矮秆材料,暂定名为3862Sd(Semi-dwarf)。利用3862Sd与高秆常规油菜品系正反交F1的株高小于中亲值,偏向矮秆亲本,相应的F2及BC1F1群体高秆株与矮秆株分离比例符合1∶3、1∶1的期望值,表明3862Sd的矮秆性状主要受1对不完全显性基因控制。
In order to provide basic materials of rapeseed breeding,a dwarf mutant selected from 5824CA×5771R hybridized combination in comparison test of rape varieties in 2008 was bred after six years’systematic breeding.Its hereditary was analyzed by Chi-square test.Results:It is named as 3862Sd with genetic stability and 135 cm plant height.The plant height of reciprocal cross F 1 from 3862Sd×traditional high-stalk rape variety is less than the mid-parent value and tends to the dwarf parent.The segregation ratio of tall and dwarf plants in corresponding F 2 and BC 1F 1 population accords with 1:3 and 1:1,which indicates that the dwarf trait of 3862Sd is mainly controlled by a pair of incomplete dominant genes.
