不同地区主栽烤烟品种的力学与打叶特性分析 被引量:9

摘要 为工业企业合理利用烟叶原料提供参考,对比分析了河南许昌、贵州毕节、福建三明三个烟叶主产地主栽烤烟品种的粘附力、剪切力、拉力、穿透力等力学特性指标及其打叶后烟片大片率、中片率、小片率、碎片率、碎末率、叶中含梗率等打叶质量指标的差异。结果表明:河南许昌中烟100烟叶粘附力、拉力、穿透力略小,剪切力较大,烟叶韧性较差,身份较厚,打叶耐打性较差,烟叶造碎较为明显,打叶后烟片叶中含梗率略高;贵州毕节韭菜坪2号烟叶拉力、穿透力、剪切力略小,粘附力略大,烟叶韧性较差,油分略多,打叶耐打性较差,烟叶造碎略为明显,打叶后烟片叶中含梗率较高;福建三明翠碧1号烟叶粘附力、拉力、穿透力略大,烟叶韧性较好,打叶耐打性较好,烟叶造碎较小,打叶后烟片叶中含梗率较小。 In order to provide references for rationally utilizing raw tobacco leaves in industral enterprise,the adhesive force,shear force,pulling force and penetration force of the main flue-cured tobacco varieties were investigated in Xuchang Henan,Bijie Guizhou and Sanming Fujian.The percentage of large lamina( >25.4 mm),medium lamina(12.7 mm-25.4 mm),small lamina(6.35 mm-12.7 mm),scrap lamina(2.36 mm-6.35 mm),tobacco dust(<2.36 mm)and stem in lamina have been analyzed.Results:The adhesive force,pulling force and penetration force of Zhongyan100 in Xuchang were small,the shear force of it was big,with the poor tenacity of leaves,the thick leaves,the poor processability resistance,the bigger breakage of lamina,the big percentage of stem in lamina.The pulling force,shear force and penetration force of Jiucaiping2 in Bijie were small,with the big adhesive force,the poor tenacity of leaves,the many oil content,the big breakage of lamina,the bigger percentage of stem in lamina.The adhesive force,pulling force and penetration force of Cuibi1 in Sanming were big,with the good tenacity of leaves,the strong processability resistance,the small breakage of lamina,the smallpercentage of stem in lamina.
