不同置式生物质供热炉在烟叶烘烤中的应用 被引量:4

摘要 为生物质供热炉在烟叶烘烤过程中温度的精准控制提供理论依据和技术参考,选择常规燃煤、内置式生物质供热炉和外置式生物质供热炉3种烘烤方式,研究其对烟叶烘烤工艺吻合度、能耗成本、烘烤操作耗时、烤后烟叶质量和经济效益等方面的差异。结果表明:生物质供热炉对烘烤工艺温度的控制效果较好,变黄期和干筋期烟叶烘烤工艺的吻合度高,生物质供热炉可显著缩短烘烤操作耗时,提升烤后烟叶质量与内在化学成分协调性,有效提升烤后烟叶经济效益。以内置式智能化单螺旋加坡送料生物质供热炉的烘烤效果最好,其烘烤工艺的吻合度、能耗成本、烘烤操作耗时、上等烟比例、均价、烤后烟叶化学成分协调性方面效果最优,适宜在烟叶产区示范推广。 The effects of different biomass heating furnaces(conventional coal heating furnace,built-in biomass heating furnace and external biomass heating furnace)on curing technological goodness of fit,energy consumption cost,operation time consumption,cured tobacco quality and economic benefit in tobacco curing to provide the theoretical basis and technical reference for temperature precision control of biomass heating furnaces during the tobacco curing process of cured tobacco.Result:The biomass heating furnace has a good control effect on temperature during tobacco curing process and the goodness of fit level of the tobacco curing technology is higher at yellowing stage and stem drying stage.The biomass heating furnace can significantly shorten operation time consumption,improve quality of cured tobacco and harmony among internal chemical components and effectively promote economic benefit of cured tobacco.The built-in biomass heating furnace is of the best curing effect among three heating furnaces.The built-in biomass heating furnace with the advantages of high goodness of fit of curing technology,low operation time consumption,high first-class tobacco proportion,higher average price of cured tobacco and good chemical components harmony should be demonstrated and popularized in tobacco-growing area.
