我国电子信息产业高端化对策分析

Countermeasure Analysis of Chinese Electronic Industry High-end Developing

电子信息产业是典型的全球化产业,其对国民经济具有基础性、先导性和战略性作用,世界各国都非常重视该产业的发展。由于我国电子信息产业起步较晚,目前整体上仍处于全球产业链的中低端,面临发达国家"高端回流"和新兴经济体"中低端分流"双向挤压,产业向高端发展迫在眉睫。分析我国电子信息产业的发展现状,指出产业发展面临的困境,借鉴国内外产业高端化发展的经验并提出解决对策,以促进我国电子信息产业持续发展。

As one of the typical global industries,electronic information industry place a basic,guiding and strategy role in national economy which has arouse attentions in many countries.Chinese electronic information industry is still in a medium and low position in global industrial chain because of late starting.Facing the pressures from both high-end’s backflow in developed countries and mid-low-end’s shunting in emerging economies,it is an immediate emergency for us to improve.Analyzing the current situation,indicating the difficulties in improvement,and finding solutions by learning from other experiences,help Chinese electronic information industry developing continuesly.
