Innovation Leading to High Quality Development of Development Zones

伴随中国改革开放40年进程,区域政策也在不断进行着适应性调整;改革开放40年实施的最有效的战略就是增长极战略,开发区是所在区域的经济增长极,开发区战略仍然有效;法定机构是开发区管理体制改革的新方向;科技园区成长的本质是创新能级提升的过程;河北要尽快补齐省内国家级开发区数量短板,要不断优化营商环境,加大生态环境保护力度;发展新经济,培育新动能,推动国家高新区高质量发展。

Along with the process of China’s reform and opening up for 40 years, regional policies are also undergoingcontinuous adaptive adjustment; the most effective strategy of China’s reform and opening up in the past 40 years is thegrowth pole strategy; the development zone is the economic growth pole of the region, and the development zone strategy isstill effective; the statutory organization is the new direction of the management system reform of development zones; theessence of the growth of science and technology park is the process of improving the level of innovation;Hebei needs to makeup for the shortage of state-level development zones in the province as soon as possible,needs to constantly optimize thebusiness environment and strengthen ecological and environmental protection; develop the new economy, cultivate the newkinetic energy, and promote the high quality development of the national high-tech zones.
