长三角工业绿色全要素生产率增长及其驱动力研究

Study on Industrial Green Total Factor Productivity Growth and Its Driving Force in Yangtze River Delta

利用包含非期望产出的Super-SBM模型与Global Malmquist-Luenberger指数,测算长三角城市工业绿色全要素生产率变化,发现长三角工业绿色生产率整体上呈现上升态势,长三角工业绿色生产率增长主要来自绿色技术进步的推动,绿色技术效率没有显示出稳定的改进趋势,对工业绿色全要素生产率增长的贡献不足。实证研究结果显示,长三角工业绿色生产率增长与人均收入水平呈U型变化关系,政府环境规制和劳动生产率显著促进了工业绿色全要素生产率增长,国有化程度的下降促进工业绿色全要素生产率增长,资本深化抑制了工业绿色全要素生产率增长,外商投资和贸易开放对工业绿色全要素生产率增长的作用不显著。

Using Super-SBM models containing unexpected outputs and Global Malmquist-Luenberger index,measuring the industrial green total factor productivity change of the cities in Yangtze river delta,the urban industrial green total factor productivity shows a rising trend which is mainly due to technological progress,but environmental technical efficiency shows no significant and stable improving trend;therefore,the contribution of environmental technical efficiency is insufficient to the growth of industrial green productivity.The empirical results show that there is a U-shaped curve relationship between green productivity growth and per capita income in the Yangtze river delta;government environmental regulation and labor productivity have significantly promoted the growth of industrial green total factor productivity;the decline of nationalization has promoted the growth of industrial green total factor productivity;the deepening of capital restrains the growth of industrial green total factor productivity;the effect of foreign investment and trade opening on the growth of industrial green total factor productivity is not significant.
