摘要
新一代航空发动机功率越来越大,结构越来越复杂,对于叶片的要求也越来越高,为保证发动机在高温、高压下的稳定性,叶片部位均采用了较高硬度的难加工材料,以提高叶片的强度及刚性,并减薄叶片的厚度,以增大气流通道的面积,这就使得发动机叶片逐步向高硬、超薄和高精方向发展,因此有必要对单叶片的加工技术进行研究。
As the power of new aero-engine increases and the structure becomes more complicated,greater dem ands are placed on the turbine blade.Rigid and tough materials are widely used in the turbine blade in order to increase the strength and stiffness of the blade.The thickness of blade is thinner and airflow is increasing accordingly.The stability of the aero-engine working in the high temperature and pressure condition can be achieved.The blade of aero-engine tends to be more rigid,precise and thinner,so it is necessary to study on the five-axis simultaneous machining technology of the blade.
