摘要
以已加工表面的显微硬度为评价指标,进行高速铣削RoyAlloy模具钢的正交试验,从而分析铣削参数对加工硬化的影响程度。通过回归分析法建立加工硬化的预测模型,依据显著性检验且对比实测数据与预测结果,验证了该模型的准确性。
Taking the microhardness of machined surface as the evaluation index,the orthogonal experiment was carried out in high speed milling RoyAlloy mold steel,so as to analyze the influence of milling parameters on work hardening.The prediction model of work hardening is established by regression analysis method,on the basis of the significant test and comparison of the prediction results with the measured data to verify the accuracy of the model.
