摘要
针对通信机柜在抗震实验测试中时常出现柜体倾斜、框架焊接处断裂等不合格的情况,研究了斜撑对机柜抗震性能的影响。采用Pro/E软件建立了机柜模型,利用Hyperworks软件对某19 inch标准室内通信机柜进行模态分析和结构响应谱分析,模拟了斜撑连接方式以及斜撑摆放位置对机柜抗震性能的影响。实验结果表明:在不影响通信设备安装的情况下,如果斜撑结构是一定的,那么焊接比螺栓连接的抗震性能好,斜撑长边连接机柜的高比斜撑短边连接机柜的高对机柜抗震性能提升的影响更大。
In order to improve the seismic performance of tel-communications cabinets,comprehensive consideration of economic factors and ease,the inclined strut was added to cabinets.Pro/E software was used to found the cabinet modal and Hyperworks simulation analysis was carried out on a standard 19 inch tel-communications cabinets,simulating the adding mode and locating place of inclined strut on seismic performance of cabinets.Experimental results show that,under the condition of without affecting communications equipment installation,if the inclined strut is certain,so welding better than bolt connection,long brace connect to the hight of cabinets better than the short brace for improve the seismic performance of cabinet.
