摘要 为了缓解我国"三下"压煤严重并且保护环境,采用泵送矸石膏体充填采煤工艺。通过矸石充填材料配比实验得出了对充填材料的凝结时间、塌落度以及充填强度的影响因素。对比分析实验数据得出,粉煤灰合理比例为8%,水玻璃合理比例为2.5‰,水泥合理比例为3%,充填料浆质量浓度为85%。材料各项性能均能达到现场试验要求,提高煤矿的充填效果,保证煤矿安全回采。 In order to alleviate the serious of coal pressure in the"under buildings,railways and water-bodied"and protect the environment in China,the coal gangue gypsum plaster is used to fill the coal mining technology.The factors affecting the setting time,the collapse degree and the filling strength of the filling material were obtained by the ratio test of gangue filling material.Compared with the experimental data,the reasonable proportion of fly ash is 8%,the reasonable proportion of water glass is 2.5‰,the reasonable proportion of cement is 3%,at this time the quality concentration of filling slurry is 85%.All the properties of the material can meet the requirement of field test,improve the filling effect of coal mine and ensure the safe mining.
