国道322线聚合物改性水泥路面薄层快速修补材料研究 被引量:2

摘要 为了研究聚合物改性水泥快速修补材料的应用性能和施工效果,文章结合广西国道322线高等级水泥混凝土修补工程项目,分析了水泥混凝土路面表层非结构性病害的类型和产生原因,并通过聚合物改性修补料性能试验,验证了所采用的聚合物改性水泥修补料的各项性能指标。研究表明:掺入聚合物改性水泥修补材料具有良好的流动性,可以有效提升养护修补施工的和易性,其材料凝结时间和凝结强度试验都具有良好的表现;对比普通混凝土材料,其在干缩性能方面也有明显的提升;综合各方面性能和工程实际应用情况,聚合物乳胶改性材料的最佳掺量为4%。 In order to study the application performance and construction effect of polymer modified cement rapid repair materials,this article analyzes the types and causes of non-structural diseases on the surface layer of cement concrete pavement in combination with the high-grade cement concrete repair project of Guangxi National Highway 322,then,through the performance test of polymer modified repairing materials,it verifies all performance indexes of the polymer modified cement repairing materials being used.The research shows that the adding of polymer modified cement repairing material has good fluidity,it can effectively improve the workability of maintenance and repair construction and has good performance in its material setting time and coagulation strength test.Compared to ordinary concrete materials,it has a significant improvement in dry shrinkage performance;as shown from various performance and engineering application situation,the optimum blending amount of polymer latex modified materials is 4%.
