摘要
文章结合实际,从师资队伍、专业教育和学生个性培养等方面,分析了交通类专业创新创业型人才培养模式存在的问题,提出了交通类专业创新创业型人才教育的改革措施。
Based on the actual situation,this article analyzes the problems existing in the cultivation mode of innovative and entrepreneurial talents in transportation majors from the aspects of faculty,professional education and student personality cultivation,and proposes the reform measures for the education of innovative and entrepreneurial talents in transportation majors.
