Quality Improving and Efficiency Increasing Measures for Expressway in Guangxi

文章针对高速公路清障救援的现状及特点,提出了合理设定高速公路车辆救援站点、科学配置车辆救援设备、合理配置清障救援人员、建立高效的清障救援队伍、制定高速公路清障救援联动机制、规范清障救援服务流程等具体应对措施,并就应对措施在沿海高速公路应用的效果进行了分析。

Regarding the status quo and characteristics of expressway tow and rescue,this article proposes the specific measures such as reasonable setting of expressway vehicle rescue site,scientific configuration of vehicle rescue equipment,rational allocation of rescue personnel,establishment of efficient rescue teams,development of expressways tow and rescue linkage mechanism,and standardization of rescue service process,and then it analyzes the application effects of these response measures on coastal expressways.
