近视屈光手术后Haigis-L公式在线计算人工晶体度数的准确性分析 被引量:3

An Analysis on the Accuracy of Intraocular Lens Calculation Formulas (online Haigis-L) after Corneal Refractive Surgery

摘要 目的探讨屈光手术后在线Haigis-L公式计算人工晶体度数的准确性及临床意义。方法收集有角膜近视屈光术经历的白内障患者11例16眼,随机分为2组,A组采用Pentacam内置的Holladay-Ⅰ公式计算人工晶体度数;B组采用在线Haigis-L公式计算,比较2种计算公式计算结果的准确性。结果术后3月,2组患者最佳矫正视力(Log MAR)无明显差别,但是B组患者的裸眼视力优于A组,且差别有统计学意义(P<0.05)。预测屈光误差发现,B组预测误差<0.5 D,0.5~1 D,1~2 D的患者比例分别为37.5%,37.5%及25%;A组的比例分别为12.5%,37.5%及50%,差别具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在线公式(Haigis-L)应用于LASIK屈光手术术后患者的人工晶体度数计算的准确度明显优于Pentacam内嵌Holladay-Ⅰ公式。 Objective To investigate the accuracy and clinical significance of calculating the intraocular lens power using the online Haigis-L formula after refractive surgery.Methods 11 patients(16 eyes)with cataract who had corneal myopia refraction in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups.One group uses the Holladay-I formula built into Pentacam to calculate the power of intraocular lens,and the other uses the online Haigis-L formula.The accuracy of the prediction results of the two calculation formulas was then compared.Results There was no significant difference in the best corrected visual acuity between the 2 groups at 3 months after surgery.However,the uncorrected visual acuity of the online Haigis-L formula calculation group was better than that of the Pentaca embedded formula group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).It was found that the proportion of patients with online formula(Haigis-L)prediction error of 0~0.5 D,0.5~1 D,and 1~2 D were 37.5%,37.5%,and 25%,respectively.Pentacam embedded Holladay formula group prediction error between 0~0.5 D,0.5~1 D,and 1~2 D patient proportion were 12.5%,37.5%,and 50%.And there was a statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The online formula(Haigis-L)is more accurate than the Pentacam embedded Holladay-I formula for the calculation of intraocular lens power in patients undergoing LASIK refractive surgery.
