水泥窑协同处置填埋场陈腐垃圾技术研究 被引量:3

摘要 本文介绍了水泥窑协同处置填埋场陈腐垃圾的工程实例,选择某填埋场8年以上填埋龄的陈腐垃圾为研究对象,经精细化作业挖掘后,利用"某水泥窑无害化协同处置450 t/d生活垃圾示范线项目"进行预处理和水泥窑协同处置。由于陈腐垃圾不可燃物比例高、含水率低、有机质含量低、化学成分不同等特征,利用水泥窑协同处置陈腐垃圾时,需要对生料配比进行必要的调整和配合。通过对比水泥窑的窑磨系统操作参数,提出陈腐垃圾的处置不会对水泥窑运行产生不利影响,且处置陈腐垃圾后的熟料强度均能满足要求。本工程实例为水泥窑协同处置陈腐垃圾技术推广提供借鉴和参考,为实现老垃圾填埋场的土地再利用或库容释放,以满足填埋场重复填埋使用提供技术指导。 An industry test about cement kiln co-processing of stale refuse from landfill was introduced in this paper.The stale refuse for more than 8 years was selected as the test subject.After the excavation work,the demonstration project of cement kiln co-processing of 450 t/d domestic garbage for hazardous treatment was carried out for pretreatment and co-processing of the stale refuse.Due to the characteristics of the stale refuse for high content of non-combustibles,low moisture content,low organic matter content and different chemical compositions,it was necessary to adjust the constituents of cement raw material.It would not adversely affect the operation of cement kiln by comparing the operating parameters,and the strength of clinker could meet the requirements.The industry test provided references for the promotion of cement kiln co-processing of stale refuse as well as technical guidance for repeated landfill.
