本文围绕海外电站工程设备监造管理工作,分析了海外电站工程的设备采购特点,通过其特点分析,探索对设备进行分级监造的管理体系,提高了监造效率,保证了设备出厂质量。文章还介绍了海外工程的监造方式和监造标准,梳理了设备监造流程,总结了相关注意事项,为公司完善监造管理体系做了积极有效探索。

Based on the management of oversea power plant engineering equipment supervision,this paper analyses the characteristics of oversea power plant engineering equipment procurement.Through the analysis of its characteristics,it explores the management system of hierarchical supervision and manufacture of equipment,improves the efficiency of supervision and manufacturing,and ensures the quality of equipment out of the factory.The article also introduces the oversea engineering supervision mode and standards,combs the equipment supervision process,summarizes the relevant matters needing attention,and makes active and effective exploration for the company to improve the supervision management system.
