西藏发展奶酪加工业存在的问题及对策

Existing problems for developing cheese processing industry in Tibet and the countermeasures

就奶酪的产品优势以及国内市场的现状进行了论述。分析了目前西藏发展奶酪加工业所具有的地缘优势。同时指出了奶酪加工业发展所面临的问题。提出了自治区政府应高度重视相关产业的发展并制定相应的帮扶措施。通过引进奶酪先进的生产设备、加工技术,努力培育壮大一批西藏乳制品加工龙头企业,使其能结合当地的实际情况,自主研发出一系列奶酪新产品,提高其附加值,促进奶酪加工业的发展。

The advantages and current situation of domestic market for cheese product were discussed.The geographical advantages of developing cheese processing industry in tibet at present were analyzed.At the same time,the problems faced by cheese processing industry were pointed out.It had put forward that the government of the autonomous region should pay high attention to the development of relevant industries and formulate corresponding measures to help them.By introducing advanced cheese production equipment and processing technology,we should strive to cultivate and expand a number of leading enterprises of dairy products processing in tibet.In order to add the value of cheese products,the enterprises in the locality should independently develop a series of new cheese products on the basis of local conditions and promote the development of cheese processing industry.
