普通高校会计专业实践教学的思考与建议

Thoughts and Suggestions on the Practice Teaching of Accounting Major in Colleges and Universities

在高校会计专业教学过程中,教师要结合实际情况,提升学生的实际动手能力,结合实际情况,制订完善的教学计划,满足当前高校改革的要求。但是在当前社会经济迅速发展的前提下,对会计人才质量要求越来越高,这就要求高校针对会计专业的特点,建立完善的实践教学体系,建设一支专门的师资队伍,从根本上提升学生的专业素质与实践素质,为社会培养更多的专业人才。但是受到传统教学模式的影响,教师非常重视理论教学,却忽视了学生的实践教学,不利于学生的未来发展。因此,结合高校会计专业实践教学的现状,分析其中存在的问题,提出相应的解决对策和建议。

In the process of accounting professional teaching in colleges and universities,teachers should improve the practical ability of students according to the actual situation,and formulate a perfect teaching plan to meet the requirements of current college reform.However,under the premise of rapid social and economic development,the quality requirements of accounting talents are getting increasingly high.This requires universities to establish a sound practical teaching system based on the characteristics of accounting profession,and establish a special faculty to fundamentally improve the professional quality and practical quality of the students to cultivate more professionals for the society.However,influenced by the traditional teaching mode,teachers attach great importance to the teaching of theoretical teaching,ignoring the students practical teaching,which is not conducive to the future development of students.Therefore,this paper combines the current situation of college accounting practice teaching,analyzes the existing problems,and proposes corresponding solutions and suggestions.
