摘要
针对新疆阿勒泰地区(东三县)初中学段五所学校的教育教学情况,通过现场调研视导和网络调研两个路径,从学校综合管理、教学常规管理、课堂教学实施情况及教师专业发展等方面,进行了全面而有针对性的调研,取得了大量翔实而有效的调研数据。从相关学校在宏观管理、中观建设和微观课堂教学三个层面找出了阿勒泰地区教育教学存在的现实问题,并针对新疆地区的实际情况,结合国家新一轮课程改革和立德树人教育根本任务的相关要求,提出了建设性的建议和发展方向,对促进阿勒泰地区(东三县)初中学段学校课堂教学质量与教学管理水平的整体提升,起到了一定的促进作用。
According to education and teaching of five junior high schools in Altay region(three counties in the east),through filed investigation and online survey,this study makes a comprehensive targeted research from aspects of comprehensive school management,regular teaching management,class teaching implementation and teachers' professional development and gains a large quantity of solid and effective data.Realistic problems are found out in terms of macro-management,intermediate construction and micro-class teaching and constructive suggestions and development direction are proposed according to the actual situation of Xinjiang region,relevant requirements of the new round of national curriculum reform and the fundamental task of cultivating talents by moral education,which will promote the overall improvement of class teaching quality and teaching management of junior high school in Altay region(three counties in the east).
