摘要
学前教育是基础教育的启蒙阶段,这一阶段的教育成果会对个体在小学、中学直至升入大学产生深远的影响。作为国际教育改革关注的热点问题和个人发展的必备能力,核心素养的培养理应从小抓起。厘清学前儿童核心素养的内涵及培养目标后,通过提升教师的综合素养、创设丰富的培养环境、采取有效的教学策略以及开展适宜的游戏活动与有效的教育评价等五个培养策略,可以为学前儿童提供高质量的教育,使其全面健康成长。
Preschool education is the enlightenment stage of basic education.The educational achievements in this stage will have a profound impact on primary and secondary schools until university education.As a hot issue of international education reform,and an essential ability of individual development,core competences should be cultivated from an early age.After clarifying the connotation and training objectives of preschool children's core competences,we will provide preschool children with excellent education and contribute to their overall and sound growth by improving teachers comprehensive quality,creating a rich training environment,adopting effective teaching strategies,developing appropriate game activities and conducting effective education evaluation.
