大思政观指导下思政教育资源整合研究

Integration of Ideological and Political Education Resources under the Guidance of Great Ideological and Political Views

在大思政观指导下,分析大思政观的形成过程,并从营造浓厚育人气氛、逐层构建工作基础、联动有效思政载体三方面,详细论述思政教育资源的整合思路。进而在此基础上,分别通过创新组织机构,从整体上合理分配资源;改革管理机制,全面整合各项育人板块;构建联络机制,拓展思政育人实现渠道;制定评价机制,客观反思总结育人实效等不同维度,提出了思政教育资源整合的有效路径,旨在能够有效解决思政教育中存在的现实问题,转变思政教育观念,充分实现其教育目标。

Under the guidance of the great ideological and political outlook,this paper analyzes the formation process of the great ideological and political outlook and discusses the integration of ideological and political education resources in detail from three aspects:creating a strong atmosphere for educating people,building a work foundation layer by layer,and linking up effective ideological and political carriers.On this basis,by innovating organizational structure,rationally allocating resources as a whole,reforming management mechanism,comprehensively integrating various education plates;constructing liaison mechanism,expanding the channels of ideological and political education;formulating evaluation mechanism,objectively reflecting on and summarizing the actual effect of education,this paper puts forward the effective path of integrating ideological and political education resources in order to effectively solve the practical problems in ideological and political education,change the concept of ideological and political education,and fully realize its educational goals.
