The Application of Multiple Intelligence Theory in Business English Teaching

基于多元智能的内涵,通过对当前商务英语教学存在的主要问题的分析,即重视理论忽视实践,商务英语教师能力有限,母文化存在一定的干扰,分别从课堂教学规划应具有创新性、实践教学环境应具有职业性、评价考核形式应具有科学性三个维度提出了多元智能理论在商务英语教学中的有效应用路径。旨在能够真正促进广大学生的多项智能协同发展,提高他们的商务英语综合运用能力,促进商务英语教学改革。

Based on the connotation of multiple intelligences,this paper analyzes the current problems in business English teaching,such as the emphasis on theory,neglecting practice,the limited ability of business English teachers,and the interference of mother culture.From the three dimensions,namely,classroom instructional planning should be innovative,the practical teaching environment should be professional,and the evaluation assessment form should be scientific,the effective application path of multiple intelligence theory in business English teaching is proposed.The purpose is to truly promote the coordinated development of multiple intelligent synergies among students,improve their comprehensive ability in business English,and help reform business English teaching.
