在"一带一路"背景下,中菲之间的贸易往来引来了前所未有的机遇与挑战。与其他发展中国家相比,菲律宾较高的商务英语水平作为重要的语言资源对其经济腾飞起到了重要作用。从菲律宾商务英语教育政策、发展历程、教育特色三个方面对菲律宾商务英语教育概况进行梳理和探讨,以期对我国商务英语教育有积极的借鉴意义。

“The Belt and Road”Initiative has brought new trade opportunities and challenges to China and Philippines.Compared with other developing countries,the high level of Business English has played a significant role in the economic development of Philippines.The paper summarizes and discusses the educational policy,development history and educational features of Business English education in the Philippines in order to provide reference for China's Business English education.
