资本下乡中农户可持续生计模式构建

Study on the Construction of Farmers' Sustainable Livelihood Model in the Process of Capital to the Countryside

资本下乡是城乡融合发展的必然趋势和乡村振兴的内在要求。运用理论分析和案例分析方法,研究资本下乡对农户生计的影响与农户可持续生计模式构建。研究表明:资本下乡对农户生计环境和生计资本既有优化效应又有冲击效应;农户生计受资本规模、资本嵌入性、地域特征、政策环境、基层政府角色定位等多种因素影响。构建农户可持续生计模式有赖于通过增强资本的社会结构嵌入性、实现资本规模结构优化与良性互动、增强利益联结模式与地域条件匹配度、优化政策环境、明晰基层政府角色定位等方面来实现结构与制度转变。

Capital to the countryside is the inevitable trend of urban-rural integration development and the internal requirements of rural revitalization.Using theoretical analysis and case analysis,this paper studies the impact of capital to the countryside on farmers'livelihood and the construction of farmers'sustainable livelihood model.The results shows that:Capital going to the countryside has both positive and negative effects on the farmers'livelihood environment and the formation of farmers'livelihood capital;the farmers'livelihood in rural areas is affected by many factors such as capital scale,capital embeddedness,regional characteristics,policy environment,and role orientation of grassroots government.The construction of farmers'sustainable livelihood mode depends on strengthening the embeddedness of social structure of capital,realizing the optimization and benign interaction of capital scale and structure,enhancing the matching degree of benefit connection model and regional conditions,optimizing the policy environment,and clarifying the role of grass-roots government positioning,etc.to achieve structural and institutional changes.
