烯丙孕素不同饲喂方式对后备母猪同期发情的效果观察 被引量:9

The Effect of Different Feeding Methods of Allyl Progesterone on Estrus in Reserve Sows during the Same Period

摘要 试验将72头杂交后备母猪分为2组,每组36头,用烯丙孕素拌料法对杂交后备母猪进行同期发情处理。第1组混和饲喂,分为3大栏,每栏12头;第2组限位栏单栏饲喂,每栏1头。每天每头给药1次,5 mL/次。连续给药18 d后停药,检查后备母猪的发情表现。结果:单栏饲喂与大栏混合饲喂相比,后备母猪总发情率提高13.9个百分点(P<0.05),受胎率提高7个百分点,产仔窝数提高23.1%(P<0.05)。 We will divide into two groups for the 72 breeding sows and each group contains 36 sows.Using the allyl progesterone to treat the mixture sows on estrus during the same period.The first group 36 sows are mixed feeding and divided into three columns with twelve per column.The second group 36 sows are restricted single column feeding and one sow per column.In the condition each sow is fed the medicine 5 mL/times once a day.After 18 days of continuous administration we check the estrus performance of reserve sows.Results:the single column feeding is compared to the mixture column feeding with the total estrus rate of reserve sows increased by 13.9 percentage points(P<0.05).An increase of 7 percentage points in the rate of childbirth and the increase 23.1%in litter counts(P<0.05).
