摘要
应力测试是起重机结构疲劳性能分析与剩余寿命评估的基础工作。给出了对通用门式起重机进行应力测试时的工况和载荷,阐述了起重机应力测试从布置测试点到最终数据处理的详细操作过程。对开展通用门式起重机应力测试具有重要的指导意义。
Stress test is the essential work of fatigue performance analysis and residual life evaluation of crane’s structure.This paper offers the working conditions and loads in stress test of general gantry crane,and states the specific operating instruction of crane’s stress test from test point arrangement to data processing.That has great instructional significance to stress test of general gantry crane.
