The coil turnover device in coil collection station of high speed wire-rolling mill is introduced.The driving hydraulic cylinder of the turnover device is analyzed and summarized in order to meet the problems in the field production and use.Reconstruction measures such as the structure of the hydraulic cylinder,the sealing of the hydraulic cylinder,and the addition of the anti-offset device for the hydraulic cylinder earrings are proposed.The improved coil rollover hydraulic cylinder completely solves the problems that often occur in the inner and outer leakage,reduces the equipment failure rate,and achieves good results.
