摘要
目前,安装航天测控设备的传统插箱种类很多,但是不同种类的插箱间没有通用性和互换性。每种插箱都是一种定制产品,从始至终每一种插箱都需要重复设计一遍,导致插箱的设计、加工成本都居高不下。为了降低插箱的总体成本,缩短设计、加工周期,文中设计了一种通用性强、互换性强、可复用的新型插箱,并通过3D软件对新型插箱进行了仿真设计。新型插箱能够很好地解决传统插箱重复设计成本高、周期长且无法批量化生产的问题,能够有效降低插箱的总体成本,对现有插箱的设计具有很好的启发意义。文中首先介绍了传统插箱的发展现状和面临的现实问题,然后介绍了传统插箱存在的不足,接着介绍了新型插箱的组成和优势,最后探讨了插箱未来的发展趋势。
Currently,there is a lot kinds of traditional subrack used for installing Space TT&C Equipment,but there is no universality and interchangeability between different kinds of subrack.Every kind of subrack is a customized product,each kind of subrack needs to redesign from inception to completion,leading to the designing and processing costs are high.In order to reduce the overall cost of subrack,shorten the designing,processing cycle,this paper design a a kind of new subrack that is versatile,interchangeable,reusable and the new subrack is simulated using 3D software.The new subrack can well solve the problem of traditional subrack’s repetition design cost,long cycle and inability to mass produce,and can effectively reduce the overall cost of the subrack,and has a great enlightenment significance for the traditional subrack designing.This paper introduces the development status and the facing problem of the traditional subrack,proposes the shortcomings of the traditional subrack,and the composition and advantages of the new subrack,discusses the development trends of the subrack in the future.
