基于小型结构件的仿真加工技术

摘要 以角撑、支座结构件为例,阐述小型结构件的结构特点及加工工艺方案,针对小型结构件数控加工过程中存在的对刀操作失误、刀具轨迹误差问题展开探讨,应用数控加工全过程仿真技术降低人为操作失误率,预防数控编程过程中存在的问题。采用斯沃仿真数控软件,通过机床回零、毛坯调用、装载刀具、对刀操作,提前让操作者明确结构件的整个加工过程;通过调用数控加工程序真实模拟数控加工过程。 Taking the gusset and support structure as an example,the structural characteristics and processing scheme of small structural parts are expounded.The problem of tool setting operation error and tool path error in the NC machining process of small structural parts is discussed.The NC machining full-process simulation technology is used to reduce the human error rate and prevent problems in the NC programming process.Using Swansoft simulation CNC software,the operator can see the entire machining process of the structural parts in advance,including zero return of the machine tool,blank call,loading tool,and tool setting operation.The CNC machining process is simulated by calling the CNC machining program.
