摘要
通过建立以企业效益为基础的新型高校教师评价体系,打破唯论文、唯职称、唯学历、唯奖项的社会现象,进而解决在技术转移过程中我国高校计划体制与创新体系下市场经济之间的矛盾,促进高校以科研实力服务于社会实际生产。
By setting up new type university teachers evaluation system based on enterprise benefits,we can break the social phenomena of paper-only,title-only,education-only and award-only.Then,the contradiction between the planned system of our universities and the market economy of the innovation system in the process of technology transfer is solved,and the scientific research strength of universities to serve the actual production of society is promoted.
