摘要
数字化对金融服务业有很大影响。结合战略财务管理的关键要素,阐述战略财务规划、风险管理和业绩评价在商业银行战略财务管理中的应用,并分析业财一体化财务共享服务平台对商业银行实现流程再造、精细化管理的广阔前景,探讨数字化背景下商业银行的战略财务管理内涵。
Digitization has a strong impact on the financial service industry.In this paper,combined with the key elements of strategic financial management,the application of strategic financial planning,risk management and performance evaluation in the strategic financial management of commercial banks was illustrated,and the broad prospects of commercial banks'process reengineering and refined management were analyzed,the connotation of strategic financial management of commercial banks in the digital context was discussed.
