盐胁迫对柳枝稷生物量及品质的影响 被引量:4

摘要 以柳枝稷为实验材料,采用土柱实验方法,研究盐胁迫对柳枝稷生物量及生物品质的影响,以期为相关的柳枝稷的盐胁迫研究提供一定的借鉴。研究结果表明:不同盐胁迫显著抑制了柳枝稷的生长,使其生物量显著降低,生物量分配显著变化;不同盐胁迫对柳枝稷地上生物质品质影响有限,NaCl胁迫下柳枝稷地上生物质灰分含量的显著增高和Na_2SO_4胁迫下S含量的显著增高对其燃烧利用不利,Na_2SO_4胁迫下纤维素含量的显著降低和NaHCO_3胁迫下半纤维素含量的显著增高对其转化利用不利。 The effects of salt stress on biomass and biomass quality of switchgrass were studied by soil column method,in order to provide some reference for the study of salt stress of switchgrass.The results showed that different salt stresses significantly inhibited the growth of switchgrass,significantly reduced its biomass and significantly changed its biomass distribution.Different salt stresses had limited effect on aboveground biomass quality of switchgrass.The significant increase of ash content and S content of switchgrass under NaCl stress were unfavorable to its combustion and utilization.The significant decrease of cellulose content under Na2SO4 stress and the significant increase of hemicellulose content under NaHCO3 stress were unfavorable to its transformation.
