摘要
依据紫外照射法发生臭氧的工作原理和基本结构,设计臭氧的产生和浓度控制系统并进行验证,对系统中各个组成部分的结构和功能加以说明。实验和改进结果表明,紫外线照射式发生臭氧,是一种稳定可靠的方式,对于臭氧产生的重复性非常好,其响应特性符合技术要求。利用该系统可以精准地产生期望浓度值的臭氧,是众多臭氧产生途径中最稳定、最精准的一种控制发生方式。
According to the working principle and basic structure of ozone produced by ultraviolet radiation,the production and concentration control system of ozone is designed and verified,and the structure and function of each component in the system are explained.The system can accurately produce the ozone of expected concentration.The experimental results show that the ultraviolet radiation generation of ozone is a stable and reliable way,and the reproducibility of ozone production is very good.The response characteristic of the ozone generation is the most stable and accurate one of the various ozone generation methods.
