摘要
针对大吨位的海洋钻修机滑移轨道不断出现损伤问题,开展了对滑移装置摩擦副和摩擦方式的研究与分析。从经济、可靠性角度出发,提出了不同吨位的海洋钻修机应选用低摩擦系数的滑动摩擦副或滚动方式的滑移装置2种优化设计方案。通过5台海洋钻修机的应用表明,此2种优化方案能够解决现阶段海洋钻修机滑移轨道的损伤问题,并为下一步海洋钻修机的设计工程师进行更深入的研究和开展海洋钻修机滑移装置标准化的设计选型提供借鉴。
In view of the damage of the sliding track of the large ton offshore drilling and workover rig,the research and analysis of the friction pair and friction mode of the sliding device is launched.From the point of view of economy and reliability,for the offshore drilling and workover rig with different tonnage,two optimized design schemes of the friction coefficient and the sliding friction pair should be selected.The application of the five offshore drilling and workover rigs proves that the two optimization schemes can solve the problem of the damage of the sliding track and also provide reference for the design engineers to do more research and carry out the standard design and selection of the sliding device.
