潜油电泵变频器低频解卡功能的分析及应用 被引量:2

摘要 潜油电泵在运行过程中可能会出现卡泵故障,近几年在海上采油平台通过变频器低频提高转矩的方式进行解卡的方法得到普遍应用。变频器低频解卡比使用工频柜解卡的优点是工作量小,特别是在新建平台没有配置工频柜的条件下即可应用。通过对电机机械特性曲线、变频器的参数设置以及低频解卡实践等进行研究,分析变频器低频解卡的原理并总结提出应用时的注意事项,以期对低频解卡功能进一步推广应用,从而减少检泵次数,节省检泵费用,并提高海上平台的石油产量。 Submersible electric pump may be stuck in the operation process.In recent years,it has been widely used in offshore oil production platforms to decommission by low-frequency converter to improve the torque.The low-frequency decoding of converter has less work than that of power frequency cabinet,especially when the new platform is not equipped with power frequency cabinet,it can be applied very well.In this paper,the mechanical characteristic curve of motor,the parameter setting of frequency converter and the practice of low frequency releasing of locked rotor are studied,and the principle of low frequency releasing of locked rotor using frequency converter and the matters needing attention in use are analyzed,in order to popularize and apply the function of low frequency releasing of locked rotor,so as to reduce the number of pump checking,save the cost of pump checking and increase the output.
